Every month, this site will spotlight one of the many lives that have been turned around with the help of Urban Development Solutions. This month's featured story is about a young lady named LaTasha Wills.

LaTasha hailed from a small town where the opportunities for young people to learn, grow and make a true living were few and far between. After working for awhile in the healthcare field, LaTasha became bogged down by the long, irregular hours and poor salary her job afforded her. Moreover, she realized that her current job was not leading anywhere that was going to make her truly happy and fulfilled.

Fortunately, LaTasha found out about Urban Development Solutions and was soon on her way to a more exciting and rewarding future. After developing and refining her business and communication skills under the tutelage of Urban Development Solutions, LaTasha gained something that nothing can ever replace: self-confidence. It was during this time that LaTasha learned the value of turning one's own negative situation into a positive one through hard work and commitment.

When she first started working for Urban Development Solutions, LaTasha worked in door-to-door sales. She excelled at this and soon found herself promoted within the company. Today, we are proud to have her as our office manager, where her future is bright and her opportunities are endless.
