Here at Urban Development Solutions, the sales and services we provide are geared toward benefiting our agents, employees, and the community as a whole. We receive no outside funding and are self sustaining. Our solution system works as follows:
1) First, we recruit and hire young adults from across the nation who desire an opportunity to turn their lives around. We pay their travel expenses from their home state to our present working location.
2) We then teach them skills that are essential to success in the workplace and life in general. We begin with a focus on professional appearance, eye to eye contact, a firm handshake, a sincere smile, and a clear speaking voice.
3) Once sufficiently trained, our independent contractors conduct door-to-door magazine sales putting what they have learned in training into action. They earn large commissions and gain even more valuable experience useful in the other places and life in general.
4) After expenses (agent travel, housing, fleet van fuel maintenance, operation staff and training salaries) are paid, we invest back into the system through clothing allowances, additional cash incentive bonuses, company outings and events.
5) When agents meet their credit point goals and meet minimum qualifications, they are considered for promotions in training, management, or office departments. Some go better prepared into the workforce or use their savings to finance their own business enterprise.
